Larry Birkhead’s the baby’s daddy! In a scene straight out of the Maury show, DNA tests proved that Howard K. Stern, the man listed as Dannielynn Stern’s father on the birth certificate, isn’t the baby’s father. Birkhead’s been fighting for the testing for over 6 months and has barely seen his daughter. After revealing the results to the press, he told them “My baby’s gonna be coming home pretty soon. Things are moving quickly here, and we’ll see what happens.” Stern has stated that he won’t request custody, but Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole Smith’s estranged mother, will be fighting for custody. For being a sleaze (and possibly Anna and son Daniel’s killer), Howard K. is actually being decent about giving up Dannielynn. Maybe it’s because Anna’s will didn’t leave her money to any then-unplanned children and he’d have to use his own money to support the baby. Joe Francis, the creator of Girls Gone Wild, was arrested at 6:30am on Monday, April 9th in a Florida airport. Francis had a warrant out for his arrest for criminal contempt of court after “storming out of proceedings [and] verbally attacking lawyers.” Francis was in court to end a “four-year-old legal battle between the media mogul and seven underage women, who sued the Girls Gone Wild boss after he filmed them in sexual situations.” Will an Inmates Gone Wild series follow? Britney Spears is trying to get a date with LA Lakers star Luke Walton. A source said “His people and her people are trying to thrash out a date when they can have a bite to eat and then we’ll see what happens.” That’s almost as bad as passing a note that says “do you like me? Check yes or no.” Brit’s also been linked to Howie Day, who she met in rehab. The two have reportedly been texting, emailing and calling each other non-stop and were making plans to spend time together when he gets out of rehab in a few months. Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds (who just broke off a long-term engagement to Alanis Morisette) have been seen all over New York, holding hands and looking “lovey-dovey.” Before Scarlett, Ryan was seen canoodling with Jessica Biel, but don’t worry: Jessica and Scarlett have shared men before – both had flings with Justin Timberlake. Because being an underage actress just out of rehab isn’t enough attention, drama queen Lindsay Lohan has been spotted with Ryan Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon’s ex. Two of Lohan’s friends have confirmed the reports, saying “They definitely hooked up. It was the first time.” They went on to add that the two “hooked up again later in the week and have been texting. Lindsay’s not really into him, but obviously she loves the drama.” Hohan’s also been seen with Jude Law and James Blunt in the past month. Don’t worry about Reese, though. She’s been seen out with Jake Gyllenhaal, who has neither been to rehab nor in the company of Paris Hilton, so Reese wins the post-breakup “my date is hotter (and less STD-ridden) than yours” award. Jenna Jameson showed up to the EXXXOTICA porn convention in Miami Beach, but was slammed by fans for showing up late, leaving early and looking like hell. “Jameson, who reportedly underwent a botched and career-threatening vaginoplasty operation, has lost so much weight that she’s almost unrecognizable….When fans openly asked her about her [botched surgery] and why she was so thin, her people cut them off. But she shouldn’t be standing in front of an old photo of herself when she’s about 40 pounds skinnier than she was.” Jameson’s people blame the weight loss on “stress due to [her] ongoing divorce.”  Add as favourites (0)
